Product Owner - Team Lucy
Our goal? Revolutionize accounting and business software! Help us introduce groundbreaking features that redefine industry standards, starting with how entrepreneurs manage their invoices on the go.
Yuki & The Yuki Way
Hi there, welcome to Yuki! As a vibrant, international IT scale-up, we support accountants, businesses, and entrepreneurs in handling their accounting and business more efficiently, and thus making it more enjoyable. And to make that possible? Well, we’re looking for kick-ass colleagues to complete our ambitious, cheerful, and lively team of top professionals!
Come on, now: that sounds like something for you, right?
Your Role at Yuki
You will join our Team Lucy, as Senior Product Owner. This team is responsible for developing and maintaining our Lucy software platform. Lucy makes e-invoicing smart and efficient. Our platform offers everything accountants and entrepreneurs need to send, receive, and manage invoices via the Peppol-network. From a single, AI-powered, user-friendly interface.
As Senior Product Owner, you will take strategic co-ownership of our Lucy-solution driving its vision, roadmap, and execution to deliver maximum business and user value. This role requires an analytical mindset to thrive in a B2C SaaS environment.
Product vision & roadmap: Develop a compelling product vision together with product leadership, tailored to entrepreneurs’ on-the-go financial needs, and translate it into a clear, prioritized, data-driven roadmap for the mobile application.
Product discovery: Co-drive continuous discovery together with Design and Development, by leading user interviews, market analysis, prototype testing, and analyzing usage data (qualitative and quantitative) to validate problems, reduce risk, and ensure features deliver maximum user value.
Backlog & requirements: Craft high-quality epics and detailed user stories with explicit constraints and acceptance criteria. Maintain a well-prioritised backlog and actively play your role as a PO in agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, refinements, etc) with your team.
Lead cross-functional collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact, partnering closely with customers, Design, Development, Go-To-Market and business stakeholders to align efforts and ensure high-quality, timely delivery of solutions to meet our users' problems.
Product performance & optimization: Use product analytics platforms, customer feedback, and experiments to evaluate feature adoption and performance; guiding continuous optimization and defining clear business outcomes.
