A day with us

Our mornings start with an energising stand-up where we align our goals and share insights, setting the stage for a day charged with innovation and teamwork.

We then sync up with our scrum team, tackling challenges, brainstorming vibrant ideas, and turning them into actionable plans. Our focus? Creating software that not only meets but exceeds the needs of our users.

We love connecting with users, absorbing their stories, and translating their needs into real-world solutions alongside our team. We collaborate closely with various stakeholders, refining our visions into impactful products.

As the day wraps up, we prioritise our tasks, always aiming to inspire and drive forward.

Our mission?

Our mission is to create real, lasting value for both our users and the Yuki platform. This means delivering tangible innovations you can see - like the Automation Monitor - while also prioritizing the "invisible" work of updating code and evolving our architecture. By modernizing our foundation, we ensure that Yuki remains smooth, effective, and reliable in the long term.

To achieve this, our Product Department, led by our Chief Product Officer, acts as the bridge between your needs and our technical solutions. Our Product Owners and Product Managers collaborate daily with Designer and Development to translate complex financial challenges into intuitive tools.

We are committed to constant professional growth through our Product Faculty. This internal community of practice, guided by a Faculty Chair, brings our specialists together for regular sessions to share expertise, debate new methodologies, and sharpen our craft.

  • Every year the entire product organisation comes together for an awesome 3 day event of fun and learning, which we call DevCon.

  • There are 9 product teams, who each have their own focus.
