We start the week with everyone in the office, catching up about any antics from the weekend. Once we’ve had our daily stand up, we’ll crack on with some work. Not only do we focus on the sprint goal, but we also dedicate time for maintenance work, keeping Yuki’s code clean and maintainable.

We’ll then sit together at lunch for a catch up, followed by a walk around the block to get some fresh air. On Friday afternoons, we’ll wind down with some fun online games like Skribbl.io, to show off our incredible artistic talent.

As a Product-based organization, we wish to enhance our users' experience with Yuki by transforming existing financial features into new ones that are more efficient and easier to use.

On the development side of Yuki, we strive to improve code quality, stay on top of bugs, and proactively migrate our codebase to keep Yuki in a modern, optimized state.

We divide our development organization into dedicated product teams. Each of our teams (such as Mobile, API, Portal, etc) feature development-specialists like Team Leads, Full-stack, Front-end and Back-end Developers and Functional Analysts.

To maintain high standards across the board, our QA Engineers manage automated testing (Performance, API, E2E), while Cloud Engineers from our Infrastructure team provide the foundation for scalable deployments.

Lastly, our specialized Finnovation-squad is focused on the future, leveraging Machine Learning, and LLMs to bring AI-driven intelligence to our users.
