A day with us
As Customer Success team we are the ones that are frequently meeting or in contact with our partners. That means we are often on the move. But when we are together as a team, we discuss progress and share success stories and insights. The different disciplines and expertises in our CS team are to our benefit - it's valuable and fun to take a moment during an office day to consult with these various disciplines.
We hold weekly meetings to keep a grip on new developments and our goals, as well as how to improve our strategy a little bit every single day!

Our mission?
Our success is tied to the success of our partners. We’re here to help new accounting offices (partners) hit the ground running and to make sure our long-term partners never stop growing. Our motto? "We grow together" - because when our partners do well, so do we!
To make that happen, we act as true sparring partners. We don’t just give advice from the sidelines; we put ourselves in our partners' shoes to build a strategic plan that makes the most of everything Yuki has to offer.
Further, as we’re in close contact with our partners, we’re the first to know what’s actually happening "on the ground". That makes us their internal voice at Yuki. We make it our job to ensure that when we build new features, they’re exactly what's needed to make their life easier!
