Product Manager
Our goal? Revolutionise accounting and business software! Help us introduce groundbreaking features that redefine industry standards, starting with how entrepreneurs manage their finances on the go.
Yuki & The Yuki Way
Hi there, welcome to Yuki! As a vibrant, international SaaS scale-up, we support accountants and entrepreneurs in handling their accounting and business more efficiently, and thus making it more enjoyable! And to make that possible we’re looking for a kick-ass colleague to complete our ambitious, cheerful, and lively team of top professionals!
Your role at Yuki:
As a Product Manager for Team ADP, you own the strategic vision and the core feature direction for our automated booking domain. Your mission is to elevate our product by focusing on the automated processing of invoices and financial data.
Our Team ADP is in an exciting transition; while your core focus is making (financial)data flow seamlessly, you will also explore how AI, ML, and OCR turn ‘data ingestion’ into a strategic advantage. Following the Marty Cagan (SVPG) philosophy, you are co-responsible for ensuring our solutions are valuable, usable, feasible, and viable.
Our ecosystem
You will work in the Product Triad (Product, Design, Tech), acting as the commercial lead who defines the problem space.
The triad: Partner with Design on the solution space and with Tech Leads on technical feasibility and scaling.
The flow: Collaborate with our E2E Functional Analysts to translate high-level roadmaps into actionable specifications and system dependencies.
The shield: Act as a business representative for the development team, providing strategic context so engineers aren't just taking tickets, but solving problems.
What you get to do
Product vision & roadmap: Co-develop a compelling product vision together with product leadership, tailored to entrepreneurs’ on-the-go financial needs, and translate it into a clear, prioritized, data-driven roadmap.
Product discovery: Co-drive continuous discovery, by leading user interviews, market analysis, prototype testing, and analyzing usage data (qualitative and quantitative) to validate problems, reduce risk, and ensure features deliver maximum user value.
Outcome ownership: Shift focus from "shipping" to "moving metrics." You are accountable for KPIs like North Star Metric growth, churn reduction, and automated processing rates.
Backlog & requirements: Craft high-quality epics and detailed user stories with explicit constraints and acceptance criteria. Maintain a well-prioritized backlog and actively play your role as a PM in agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, refinements, etc) with your team.
Lead cross-functional collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact, partnering closely with customers, design, development, go-to-market and business stakeholders to align efforts and ensure high-quality, timely delivery of solutions to meet our users' problems.
Market intelligence: Stay ahead of competitors and emerging FinTech/AI trends to ensure Yuki remains a market leader in e-invoicing and automation.
What are we looking for
We are looking for a data-driven leader who can blend strategic thinking with precise execution.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner/Manager
Proven experience in managing a core product within a B2B or Enterprise SaaS environment. The SVPG Mindset: A deep understanding of product discovery and the ability to distinguish between ‘Product Management’ and ‘Project Management.’
Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum).
Proven ability to use data (quantitative and qualitative) to drive decisions, prioritize the backlog, and define success metrics.
Experience with several product management tools: e.g. Mixpanel / Pendo, AzureDevOps / Jira, Notion, etc
Technical understanding is a big plus; ability to discuss architecture and technical trade-offs with developers (AI/ML experience is a major plus).
Understanding of bookkeeping processes and e-invoicing is an added bonus.
Fluent in English (written and verbal).
Dutch language skills are a significant advantage.
