To support that ambition, we are looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to join our Data & RevOps team and help build a more efficient and data-informed commercial engine.
Your mission at Yuki
As a Revenue Operations Analyst within the Data & RevOps team, you help build a scalable and efficient commercial engine.
Your goal is to enable our commercial teams as their HubSpot expert and process partner, ensuring our systems are used effectively and that every step of the order-to-cash process runs as smoothly as possible. With a strong analytical mindset and a proactive approach, you help make sure our data is reliable, our processes are adopted, and our ways of working continue to improve across the organization.
What you get to do
Integrate and manage: Own and improve HubSpot and other key tools that support Sales, Marketing, Support, and Customer Success operations.
Standardise processes: Drive process standardization across Sales, Marketing, Support, and Customer Success to improve alignment and strengthen the efficiency of the order-to-cash flow.
Drive analytics: Help shape the data and analytics frameworks needed to measure performance, identify improvement opportunities, and support better decision-making across commercial teams.
Collaborate across teams: Act as a key connector across teams to ensure a smooth flow of information, strong process alignment, and consistency between day-to-day operations and reporting.
Support adoption: Provide commercial teams with clear documentation, training, and guidance so they can use systems and processes effectively.
Improve ways of working: Stay up to date on Revenue Operations best practices and support the introduction and adoption of new tools, processes, and ways of working.
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who thrives in roles where optimization, process improvement, and stakeholder alignment are central.
At least 3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Data Analytics, or a similar role, with a solid foundation in HubSpot
A relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree
Experience in process improvement, stakeholder coordination, and working across multiple business teams
Comfort translating business needs into scalable processes, system improvements, and clear reporting
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain ideas, recommendations, and trade-offs in a clear and practical way
A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the confidence to challenge existing ways of working when improvement is needed
A strong interest in helping teams adopt new processes and tools, and supporting change with both structure and empathy
Most importantly, you enjoy improving how teams work and want to help Yuki scale with stronger systems, processes, and operational visibility.
