You will join our Team Lucy, as a  Functional Analyst. This team is responsible for developing and maintaining our Lucy software platform. Lucy makes e-invoicing smart and efficient. Our platform offers everything accountants and entrepreneurs need to send, receive, and manage invoices via the Peppol-network. From a single, AI-powered, user-friendly interface.

What you get to do:

As Functional Analyst you are a key player to the team, where you'll support our developers in creating new functionalities by mapping and understanding the needs and expectations of our users. Additionally, you’ll monitor developments and conduct functional tests based on user stories and test scenarios.

• Provide daily support to developers by addressing business domain-related queries pertaining to features or bugs they are working on.

• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to delve deeper into features, assess the viability of ideas proposed by Product Owners, and validate their effectiveness.

• Assist the Product Owner in creating a clear backlog that aligns with the development team's requirements.

• Perform manual test cases for the Quality Assurance (QA) team.

• Set up test case scenarios for the Product Owner to conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on behalf of the users.

• Stay up-to-date with the bug backlog, communicate identified issues to the team, and assist in prioritizing and resolving them.

• Ensure the involvement of the Product Owner when encountering significant issues or urgent matters that surpass initial expectations.

• Translate technical release notes into business-friendly language.

Job requirements

• SaaS: Proven track record of working within Software as a Service (SaaS) environments.

• Business Analysis: Skilled in bridging the gap between business needs and technical requirements.

• Functional Testing: Adept at ensuring software quality and reliability through functional validation.

• API & Web Services: Proficient in SOAP and REST architectures, with extensive hands-on experience using tools like Postman for testing and integration.

• UX Design: Foundation in UX studies, focusing on user-centric design is a big plus

• Financial experience or knowledge, and/or an affinity with bookkeeping, is a significant advantage. At a minimum, a willingness to delve into these concepts is essential.

• (Non)native in Dutch is nice to have.
