Your role within Yuki
As a HubSpot Specialist, you will play an important role in driving the growth of Yuki by analysing revenue data and providing insights and recommendations to improve revenue streams.
You will optimise processes and foster the collaboration among teams - with making sure our CRM system HubSpot is functioning seamlessly being your main objective. Your expertise ensures that everything runs smoothly, from strategy to technology to team spirit. If you're driven to improve processes and unite teams, then you are the one we're looking for! You are the key to the big picture - strategy, KPIs, people, processes, technology, and data; ensuring that we are all aligned!
You will be responsible for the following:
Managing HubSpot and other tools to ensure they are well integrated.
Standardising the processes of sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align these teams and increase the efficiency of the order to cash process.
Being responsible for setting up data and analytics, measuring and improving performance.
Working closely with other teams such as Finance & Data to bridge the gap between processes and reporting.
Supporting the commercial teams with necessary process documentation and training opportunities.
Keeping up with industry trends and best practices in revenue operations and applying them within our company.
Taking the initiative in the implementation of new systems and technologies.

You have in-depth knowledge of HubSpot and extensive hands-on experience in utilizing the platform to optimize revenue operations processes;
You have a relevant bachelor's or master's degree;
You have at least 3 years of experience in a related role;
You don't see problems, but challenges that scream for a solution;
You have clear and professional communication skills;
You have experience with process improvement and project management;
People describe you as proactive and slightly assertive, you must not only support the teams but also challenge them.
