As a Revenue Operations Analyst at Yuki, you'll:
Integrate and manage: Efficiently integrate and manage HubSpot and other key tools to support sales, marketing, and customer success operations.
Standardise processes: Standardising processes across sales, marketing, and customer success teams. Through your efforts, align these core functions to boost the efficiency of our order to cash process, driving revenue growth.
Drive analytics: Lead the development of data and analytics frameworks to measure and improve performance across the board.
Collaborate: Act as a crucial connector amongst various teams - including Finance & Data - to ensure a seamless flow of information and processes. Your contributions will be key in closing any gaps between day-to-day operations and strategic reporting.
Support: Equip commercial teams with the necessary documentation and training to improve their efficiency and skills.
Innovation and implementation: Keep up with the latest revenue operations trends and best practices to introduce and apply new systems and technologies effectively.

An experienced professional with at least 3 years of experience in data analytics, sales operations, or a similar role, ideally with a solid foundation in using HubSpot;
Equipped with a relevant bachelor's or master's degree;
Highly skilled in process improvement and project management, able to navigate complex systems with ease;
An effective communicator, adept at articulating complex ideas clearly and concisely;
Recognised for your problem-solving skills, viewing obstacles as challenges waiting for a solution;
Known for your proactive stance and slight assertiveness, not just supporting but also challenging teams to exceed their expectations.
